Benson Group has four UK sites, with offices in the midlands, north-west and north-east. The Group manufactures printed folding cartons for both the food and pharmaceutical industries. To be successful in these demanding markets, quality and service continue to be pushed to the highest standards. Having invested in modern premises and equipment throughout, the company now needs to recruit the following key roles to support its next phase of expansion:

Printers

The company operates a number of high quality printing presses from leading manufacturers, including Komori, Heidelberg and manroland. Print minders with experience of UV printing technologies are required to produce work of the highest quality in a "just in time" environment.

Cut & Crease Operators

The company operates a number of Bobst full blanking and separating platens with quick-lock mechanisms. Experienced cut & crease machine operators are required to continue the drive towards improved levels of productivity.

Glue Line Operators

The company operates a number of glue lines and continues to invest in the latest gluing technology, including a new Bobst Alpina 110 and Alpina 75. Skilled glue minders are required to deliver the improvements in quality and productivity from these investments.

Maintenance Engineers

Electrical and mechanical engineers are required to join a small but dedicated team, to look after the company's key capital plant and equipment. Experience of maintaining B1-format sheetfed presses and Bobst auto platens would be a distinct advantage.
